When the banking crisis hit in 2008 and there were none of today’s lease option experts out there, who do you think they turned to in order to play catch-up on what had previously been deemed as irrelevant for the UK market?

Now in his 10^th year working alongside Rick Otton here in the UK it was David who has been at the forefront of developing and testing these new strategies for many years and helping so many beginners, experts included, getting started.

When I invited David to speak at Northampton Property Meet on 7^th July coming, he asked me what people like to learn from his presentation. I asked if he could discuss how he manages to counter objections from a dubious general public when confronted with these solutions.
